This program helps to understand what stress is, what impact has on our body, mind and performance and gives us an understanding of our emotional fields.
It also helps to build resilience to better cope with stressful events, how to activate the calming response for a better decision making process, and understand our own and other people’s emotions.
Participants will gain some useful insight on what their own unique stressors are and how they can deal with difficult emotions.
